THE WELLNESS ROUTINE THAT RELIEVES PAIN AND IMPROVES QUALITY OF LIFE

Tuesday, March 8th, 2022

Soaking in a hot tub is the perfect way to unwind after a long, busy day, but this wellness routine can provide benefits beyond relaxation. More and more, people are discovering how soaking in a hot tub can ease pain and stiffness, help muscles recover after exercise, and provide temporary relief from symptoms of arthritis, fibromyalgia, and more.

Pain can get in the way of living your fullest life. You may experience discomfort due to injury or illness, or feel stiff and sore from too many hours spent sitting at your desk. Whatever the source, pain can keep you from being active and engaging in the activities you love. With a hot tub at home, it’s simple to customize a routine that will deliver the well being and vitality you need to launch your best self.

BENEFITS OF HOT TUB HYDROTHERAPY

Hydrotherapy is an alternative therapy recognized for temporary pain relief of ailments such as osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, muscle and joint pain, fibromyalgia, and aches and discomfort following exercise. Studies indicate that the benefits of spa therapy result from a combination of chemical, mechanical, and thermal factors at work. But remember, while hot tubs are recommended for many pain sufferers, you should always consult your physician for health advice.

When you soak in your hot tub, the effect of buoyancy decreases stress on your muscles and joints, allowing for a period of recovery. Water immersion contributes to that recovery by helping to relax both the mind and the body. Warm water immersion may also serve to reduce muscle spasms and diminish the experience of pain. Numerous owner reviews suggest that using a hot tub regularly not only relieves mental and physical tension, but also improves quality of life in the long term.

“I have muscle aches and pains and bad circulation in one leg and our Flash® model has helped with both of those issues! We use it 3-4 times a week, and love that each of our six seats had a different “feel” with the jets. Our favorite feature is the foot massage jets in the center of the base… they’re awesome! The Flash has plenty of room, my wife and I both love it!” – Bruce

USING YOUR HOT TUB FOR PAIN RELIEF AND WELL BEING

To maximize hydrotherapy benefits, make a warm soak part of your daily routine. Your backyard hot tub retreat can be a source of wellness that can powerfully transform your life and your experience of pain. Here’s how to get the most out of your daily soak.

LET YOUR HOT TUB WORK ITS MAGIC

We have designed our hot tubs to deliver a premium massage experience. Our innovative and patented jets are designed to target specific muscle groups. The SmartJet® System allows you to direct water flow to different jet groups and seats throughout the spa, while the Comfort Control® feature lets you dial in your ideal mix of air and water to control the intensity of your massage ranging from a powerful massage to a soft touch.

FIND THE RIGHT TEMPERATURE

Tuning your hot tub for comfort and pain relief is all about personalization. We don’t recommend that your spa water ever exceed 104°F, but you may want to start with a lower temperature (for example, between 98° and 100°) and find the level that is right for you. The key is to reach a point where your muscles are relaxed without overheating you.

USE THE WATER FOR INCREASED COMFORT

You can use the time you spend in your hot tub to do some low-impact exercise and stimulate your muscles and joints. With just 15 or 20 minutes a day, you can become much more flexible. As an added bonus, the buoyancy of the water takes some of the weight and pressure off of your joints as you move, making it easier to stay fit and pain-free.

STAY HYDRATED

Of course, being in warm water is going to raise your body temperature. That means sweat and evaporation, particularly if you decide to do some light stretching or exercise. As healthy as that habit is, it’s important to follow it up with proper hydration. When you soak, drink plenty of water to regulate your body temperature and further aid your recovery.

The best part about using hydrotherapy to help muscles recover and keep arthritis from slowing you down? It’s easy to work into your routine. No matter how busy you are, there’s always time to fit a warm soak into every day. That won’t just help you beat back stress, but it can add to your comfort and help you stick to your wellness goals for the rest of your life.

An Envoy® owner says “Best Purchase Ever! I suffer from nerve damage from spine surgeries and my Envoy salt water tub is amazing. It specifically has jets that focus on my affected areas! I can’t live without it!”

Great Changes in Health from Sauna Bathing, Infrared Saunas for Sale Near Carroll

Friday, November 19th, 2021

Did you know that regular sauna bathing – as in a few times a week – can result in long-lasting changes to your health? And with access to a sauna at home, you can see a real difference.

Here are three incredible health benefits that come from regular sauna use.

Banish Unhealthy Stress
Some amount of stress and tension is unavoidable. But chronic, long-lasting stress can cause damage. Luckily, using a sauna each day is a smart way to break down the knots and pockets of tension and anxiety that cause problems.

Deep, Restorative Sleep Every Night
Forget tossing and turning, relax in your sauna and get ready to enjoy the best sleep of your life. High heat increases core body temperature. Then, getting out triggers a sharp decrease in temperature, letting the brain know it’s time to prepare for sleep.

Retain a Youthful Glow From Toxin Free Skin
Even with good skin care, toxins can get trapped under the skin, causing premature wrinkling and breakouts. The intense heat generated from the sauna can remove those toxins. A deep sweat is invigorating and a healthy way to maintain a young, vibrant complexion.

So Go Ahead, Take a Sauna, You Deserve it!
It’s fast, fun, and relaxing. Not only that, it’s good for the body, soothes the mind, and can improve your overall health and well-being.

10 Fun Games to Play in the Hot Tub with Friends (Family Friendly)

Friday, October 29th, 2021

Outdoor Spas Arnolds Park

If you’re like most, your picture-perfect night may include a relaxing hot tub. But sometimes, especially when you have company over, you may want to play some hot tub games. Here are 10 fun games to play in the hot tub that are family friendly.

  1. DODGEBALL – Start with up to 5 ping pong balls in the hot tub, the object is to avoid being touched by one of them. Sounds easy right? Well it may prove to be a fun challenge! Each player moves around to keep away from the balls – but keeping your feet on the bottom! Once a ball touches a player, they are out and must get out of the hot tub. And there’s a challenging-twist:  every time a player goes out, another ball gets added in!
  2. COLD SHOWER – Fill a balloon with ice cold water. Fill it as full as possible without breaking it. All lucky players – and one unlucky one will sit around the edges of the hot tub. Pass the balloon around and hold it above your head for a slow 5-count and at some point, the balloon will pop, giving the unlucky holder a cold shower. There will be lots of laughs (and shivers!) all around.
  3. SLAP SHOT – Make 2 teams. For this game, you’ll need one ping pong ball or any type of floating plastic ball. Each team’s goal is to make the ball touch the opponent’s side of the hot tub. Anything goes! You can splash it, blow it, or push it with waves as-long as no one touches it. Each time a team makes the ball touch the opponent’s wall, they get a point. Feel free to make your own scoring system – like adding points for time the ball spends on the other team’s side of the tub. And, since no game is any fun without risk, the winners get to decide on a fate for the losers. Maybe a pitcher of cold water over the head? It’s your call!
  4. SINK THE BATTLESHIP – The name of this game is misleadingInstead of trying to sink the “battleship” (an empty plastic cup) the goal is to try and keep it afloat.  You will need two cups for this game. Set one of the cups in the water in the middle of the hot tub, you will use it to take turns pouring water into the empty cup. After each pour, count to 5 while the cup settles. Then after the 5-count, it’s the next player’s turn to pour.  The player who sinks the “battleship” is out. If you want to add more fun, they will also have to get out of the hot tub.
  5. KEEP AWAY – This game will work with anything that floats like ping pong balls, rubber ducks, bath toys, etc. Divide into two teams and let the battle begin!  The goal is to make your floating object touch a player on the opposing team – before their object touches one of your teammates.  Twist is you can only move the object in two ways: air (fan air at the object with your hand) and hot tub jets. Making waves, blowing, or touching the object are not allowed.
  6. CELEBRITY ALPHABET – Your mission: think of as many celebrities as you can. But here’s the catch. Their first or last name must start with a certain letter of the alphabet. Here’s how the game works. Player one chooses any letter. For example, they may choose “D” and name “David Bowie.” The next player must follow with another “D” celebrity name – like “David Duchovny. ” You can also mix it up by going through the alphabet, with each player taking the next letter in sequence.
  7. CELEBRITY NAME GAME  – This one is simple. Choose a name, then take turns naming all the celebrities you can think of who share that name. For example, “Michelle.” (Michelle Pfeiffer, Michelle Obama, Michelle Williams, etc.)
  8. FOLLOW-UP  – The object of this game is to choose any category. For instance, you might choose “animals.” The first person will name an animal. Say they name “gorilla.” Then, the next player needs to name an animal that starts with the last letter of gorilla. It might be “alligator” or “antelope.” You can pick any category – songs, bands, books, food, whatever you want. There’s lot to choose from!
  9. INQUISITION  – This challenging game is all about questions. You’ll need to carry on a conversation – without making any statements. You must use a question, or you’re out. Sounds easy? Not so much! If you want to make it even harder? Try this: Player 1 will ask a question. Player 2 answers … while asking player 3 a question also. Here’s how it will work. Player 1 to player 2: “How are you today?” Player 2 to player 3: “Are you feeling as confused as I am? Player 3 to player 1: “I’ve been much better, have you?” Repeat this until one of the players forgets to ask a question and everyone gets a good giggle out of it.
  10. HILARITY – It doesn’t get much simpler than this game. And, in this case, simple means “fun.” The goal is to keep from laughing – while repeating the words “ha-ha,” “hee-hee,” and “ho-ho.” Start with Player 1, they will say, “ha-ha.” Then the next player will say “hee-hee,” and then the next follows with “ho-ho.” Keep this going around the hot tub until one of the players (or all of them) burst into laughter.

These 10 fun games to play in the hot tub are simple hot tub games that will easily help you make great memories with family and friends. And, then when you’re done playing, you can lie back and relax in your hot tub!

CAN YOU USE A HOT TUB IN SUMMER?

THE BEST WAYS TO USE YOUR HOT TUB IN SUMMER

Summertime means many different things to many different people, but it all depends upon where you live. It’s typically too hot during the midday hours in the middle of summer for a warm soak. The good news, however, is that even the hottest parts of the Midwest aren’t hot all day.

Finding Balance with Morning and Evening Soaks

In areas with low humidity levels, temperatures start to drop as late afternoon wanes, and then bottom out late at night. The thermometer begins to rise again as the sun does. In many places, that means twilight, dusk, and dawn are ideal times to relax sore muscles in your hot tub’s soothing water. These windows of spa opportunity are even more open in our area!

Hot-tubbing at night can provide tranquility on par with sitting around a campfire and watching the stars–another popular summertime activity that turns up the heat in a different type of way. Enjoying your spa during the cool morning hours can help you relax and find balance in preparation for a long, hot summer day.

Rainy Day, Soak Away

While areas with low humidity are subject to drastic temperature ranges, areas with high humidity are subject to rain—Mother Nature’s way of beating the summer heat. In some regions, summer rains come daily, sometimes for weeks on end. A summer rain storm can break a hot spell in a snap. The cool peace that follows is an invitation to appreciate the earthy scent left behind and melt into the bliss of your home spa.

If you’re seeking unique tranquility, and there is no threat of thunder and lightning, you can even use your hot tub during the rain. Sit back and enjoy the cool rain on your face as the rest of your body indulges in warmth.

Block Party: Home Spa Edition

Summer is a highly social season—a time when friends and family get together for barbecues or to just while away hazy days in backyards, on patios and decks, and, of course, in hot tubs. Spas with entertainment systems provide the music to match your party’s vibe and the sports and films your guests love. From classic tunes and the latest beats to big games and summer movie marathons, Bluetooth® technology allows you to connect your home entertainment system with your spa’

s remote controls. You can change the music, turn up the volume, and more while you’re flipping burgers.

Entrancing spa waterfalls and fountains augment the mood, and multicolored LED lighting ushers your gathering into the night, setting the stage for fun hot tub games or stargazing.

Benefits of Hot-Tubbing in Summer

In addition to all the fun you can have hot-tubbing during the summer season, there are health benefits you may experience. After exerting your muscles in the yard or at the gym, your hot tub can help reduce soreness and aching. Not only can a warm spa help release tension, but the buoyancy of the water and the massaging effect of powerful jets contribute, too. Plus, enjoying your hot tub with friends and family can help to improve social connections, as well as your overall quality of life. When the day is done, a 20-minute soak before bed can help improve your sleep.

Owning a hot tub is a joyful experience, no matter what the season. Your spa routine can help anchor your day, your week, or your year, even when the heat turns up. No matter where you live—whether in Minnesota, Wisconsin or Iowa — your hot tub will reward you every day you use it.

WHAT IS THE MOST THERAPEUTIC HOT TUB? THE ONE YOU USE OFTEN

Thursday, April 8th, 2021
Humans have been soaking in warm water to ease pains, feel better emotionally, and to socialize for thousands of years. Ancient Egyptians, Greeks, and Romans, for example, would trek miles to natural hot springs to reap the benefits of a hot soak. Today, modern spas offer those benefits and more—at home.

The most therapeutic hot tubs can aid in muscle recovery and overall quality of life, reduce stiffness and stress, and improve relationships and sleep. But to take full advantage of a therapeutic spa, you must use it often. A quality spa that’s easy to use on a daily basis and that includes features that best support wellness will provide the most therapeutic experiences.

THE WELLNESS BENEFITS OF A THERAPEUTIC HOT TUB

There are three major forces behind effective hot tub hydrotherapy. Together, they help ease aches and pains and improve sleep and emotional well-being:

  • Buoyancy. In water, the human body is buoyant. So, a hot tub soak provides a respite from the constant force of gravity and relieves sore muscles and joints.
  • Heat. The warm water of a spa dilates blood vessels, allowing blood to flow through them more freely. This helps flush lactic acid buildup from muscles, especially after a workout, and rushes oxygen and nutrients them to speed up recovery.
  • Massage. Water immersion produces hydrostatic pressure that helps to support the body, reduce swelling, and compress the muscles, reducing muscle fatigue. Massaging jets increase the pressure to further enhance these benefits.

Sleep is an important part of your physical and emotional health, and a hot tub soak before bed can help you get a better night’s rest. Your body temperature naturally falls when you begin to drift off to sleep. The cooling period after a warm soak triggers that same natural response. When you’re well rested and able to maintain a regular sleep pattern, you’ll feel more energetic during the day and more mentally and emotionally resilient.

A THERAPEUTIC HOT TUB SHOULD BE EASY TO USE EVERY DAY

Manufacturers of quality spas, including Hot Spring® spas, are dedicated to doing more than just making hot tubs—they are invested in creating great experiences. The three main factors that help ensure great experiences and overall customer satisfaction are the same factors that inspire you to use your hot tub every day: reliability, convenience, and ease of maintenance.

Reliability. A quality hot tub is carefully engineered and precision-designed to provide you with clean, clear water every time you soak. Top manufacturers, Hot Spring included, are trade certified and recognized with International Organization for Standards (ISO) certification for manufacturing and reliability.

Convenience. If your spa isn’t easy to use, you’re less likely to take advantage of its therapeutic benefits. So, in addition to considering the most convenient location for your home spa, you’ll want to invest in a hot tub cover lifter. A cover lifter makes it easy to remove and replace the spa cover for daily use. A top-quality spa will come with a properly fitted and insulated cover that will protect the hot tub shell and bar top from the sun’s punishing UV rays, keep the water warm for hydrotherapy, and prevent debris from entering the spa and clogging the filters.

Ease of care. The easier it is to care for your spa water and filters, the more you’ll soak. A cartridge-based water sanitizing system, such as the FROG® @ease® IN-LINE system, makes it simple to keep spa water clean and balanced. The system releases sanitizing chemicals slowly, over time, so you spend less time on maintenance. Spa filters should be of high quality, easily accessible, and simple to clean. Tri-X® filters on Hot Spring spas are top loading—inserted and removed for cleaning through a panel on the spa’s bar top. To clean the filters, simply spray them with a dealer-recommended cleaner or degreaser and then rinse with a garden hose. For a deeper clean, soak the filters overnight and then rinse, or run them through a dishwasher without soap. Clean filters will keep your jets flowing at full force for great hydrotherapy massage.

HOT TUB LANDSCAPING IDEAS FOR EVERY BUDGET

Wednesday, March 10th, 2021

Your backyard is the perfect spot to enjoy a quiet cup of coffee, a game of catch with the kids or an evening of stargazing– and that’s never been more true than right now. With travel plans on hold and many of our usual activities suspended, the backyard has become the “go-to” leisure destination. With so much time spent hanging out at home, you might be looking for ways to make your backyard or deck more comfortable and appealing.

So, where to start? If you’re a Hot Spring® spa owner, you’re in luck! Our hot tubs feature modern cabinet designs and gorgeous, nature-inspired color schemes, with sparkling water features and colorful mood lighting. Just add some landscaping and a few accessories, and you’ll be well on your way to creating a stunning backyard focal point.

Need inspiration? We’ve put together some backyard hot tub ideas for you:

Planting flowers is a simple backyard project that adds beauty and color to your backyard or deck.

WARM UP WITH A SMALL, SATISFYING TASK.

Chances are there’s at least one area of your backyard that could benefit from some TLC. Don’t put small projects off. Repainting or replacing old patio furniture, replanting flower beds, or simply finding a way to neatly store spa chemicals and gardening supplies are all quick, easy fixes. You’ll feel great when your project is done – and you’ll enjoy a better view from your hot tub.

A pergola provides shade and privacy.

CONSIDER YOUR SURROUNDINGS.

Next time you’re soaking in your hot tub, look around and think about how you might improve the experience. Is there something blocking your view of the mountains or stars? A simple tree trimming can clear the way, allowing you to fully enjoy the beauty of nature. If it’s privacy you’re seeking, strategically placed shrubs, a canopy, or a pergola can provide both shade and the coverage you need to fully enjoy your outdoor oasis. Installing a backyard fountain provides zen-like ambiance, and helps block noise too – the flowing water will muffle the sound of dogs barking and passing cars.

Personal touches like potted plants, lanterns, and lights complement the clean, modern design of this Hot Spot® spa.

SMALL TOUCHES MAKE A BIG DIFFERENCE.

Inside and out, accessories are the easiest way to bring a splash of color and add personality to your space. Give existing patio furniture a fresh new look with colorful throws and pillows and add natural accents like decorative rocks and potted plants. Scented candles or string lights are an affordable way to add a lovely glow. From the perfect spa-side umbrella, color-coordinated steps, sturdy handrails, and handy towel racks we offer a range of accessories to enhance your spa experience.

Plants and accessories complement the look of your above ground hot tub.

DESIGN TO ENHANCE ANY SPACE.

Above-ground hot tubs provide you with options when designing your outdoor space. You might position it so that you can enjoy a beautiful view, in a secluded corner for privacy, or close to a back door for easy access.

WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF SALT WATER HOT TUBS?

Tuesday, October 6th, 2020

For centuries, people have traveled to hot springs to bathe in the mineral-rich waters and experience their restorative powers. These hot springs are prized for their ability to improve health and wellness in a relaxing and natural way. Now you can enjoy those same transformative properties without ever leaving the peace and comfort of your backyard. By adding the benefits of a salt water hot tub to your everyday life, you can more frequently enjoy complete relaxation, avoid the harsh odors, itchy skin or eyes that can happen with a chlorine tub, and minimize the time you spend on cleaning and maintenance.

EXPLORE THE BENEFITS OF
SALT WATER HOT TUBS

1. Hot tubs become more like hot springs

One of the biggest benefits of a salt water hot tub compared to a chlorine tub is its ability to eliminate the unpleasant side effects of chlorine. Many people wish to avoid odors from chlorine and the itchy effects on eyes and skin that some people experience. With a salt water system, you get the more natural feeling, warm and soothing water with several technological advantages shown here.

Natural-feeling water

A salt water system in your hot tub makes the water feel more natural and comfortable for everyday use. With the softer water experience with less chance of skin or eye irritation from chlorine.

Enhance your fitness routine

A salt water hot tub supports your active lifestyle by bringing hydrotherapy into your home. Hot tubs relieve the pressure on muscles and help loosen joints, while also improving circulation. By incorporating hot tub sessions into your exercise routine, you can relax and rejuvenate your body between workouts.

Eco-friendly

Part of leading a healthy lifestyle is maintaining a healthy environment. Thankfully, salt water hot tubs from Hot Spring® spas are eco-friendlier than their traditional chlorine counterparts. That’s because you only need to change the water once a year with normal use. Less water usage and less chemical usage mean salt water systems are easier on you, your family and the environment.

2. Less maintenance

Most home owners want to spend more time enjoying their hot tub than they do maintaining it. Here again, salt water hot tubs produce some tremendous benefits.

Easy to maintain

With a salt water system with Hot Spring® spas, you take the guesswork out of water care. With a little salt added to the spa water, the system generates chlorine automatically and reduces your time spent measuring and adding chemicals. Plus, advanced spas let you monitor the sanitizing system with an intuitive control panel. This simplified system takes the work out of hot tub maintenance so you can focus on improving your health and well-being.

3. Enjoy total relaxation

Hot tubs in general are the perfect way to bring a calming, relaxing experience into your home. Strong chlorine odors, itchy eyes and dry skin don’t belong at a natural hot spring, so it shouldn’t be part of your attempt to recreate that experience at home. If you’re after the experience of a soaking in a natural hot spring at your home, you should look at a salt water hot tub.

5 New Ideas for Family Time

Wednesday, September 30th, 2020

Getting the whole family to turn off their phones and come together for a little quality time is hard. Coming up with activities the whole family will love can be even harder. If you’re looking for some new things to do as a family, here are a few ideas.

1. Yard games

There are few things better than spending time outside, getting some exercise and having fun in the process. That’s why yard games can be a great way to spend quality time with family. You can purchase ready-to-use games like ladder ball, bags (cornhole), badminton or giant Jenga, or you can create your own. Consider building an obstacle course, organizing a relay race or having a hula hoop contest set to your favorite music. Most yard games can be easily adjusted for all ages and skill levels, so you can be sure the whole family will have a good time.

2. Try a new hobby

Trying something new can be a great way to connect with family because when you learn something together, you create a shared experience without expectations because it’s new for everyone. For your next family activity, try testing out a new hobby like cooking, painting, baking or even karaoke. There are infinite possibilities out there, so even if one activity turns out to be a flop, the next hit may be right around the corner. Who knows? The experiences you have today could become your newest family tradition.

3. Cards and board games

While testing out new activities can be fun and exciting, there’s certainly nothing wrong with going with the tried and true. Card games and board games have been a family staple for years because they’re fun, approachable and don’t lose their appeal after just one play. Old standbys like Monopoly, Chutes and Ladders, Go Fish, Crazy Eights and Battleship have all stood the test of time for a reason. Sharing games that you played as a kid can also help bring back fond memories of your childhood as you create new ones with your own children.

If you’re looking for things to do as a family on a budget, try going to garage sales. Many people look to offload old games when their children move out of the house. You may have to create new replacements for missing pieces, but that’s just part of the fun!

4. Explore your neighborhood

Human beings are creatures of habit. We tend to go to the same places, do the same activities, and even order the same thing every time we visit a certain restaurant. Breaking out of the old routine and exploring the community around you can be a great way to form lasting memories with your family while having fun in the process. Go check out your local art gallery, visit a new coffee shop or ask for a tour of the closest fire station (you might need to call ahead).

Almost every neighborhood has that one store that makes you think, “What do they even sell there? How are they still in business?” Go inside and take a look! You may find a hidden gem you never knew about. Not only can these experiences help you form stronger connections with your own family, but you may start to forge new relationships with your neighbors and the people in your community. There’s always something new to discover, and you don’t have to get on a plane to do it. Take a look at your neighborhood with fresh eyes and you may be surprised by what you find.

5. Soak in your own home hot tub

Not every family activity has to involve running around and doing something new. Sometimes it’s best just to sit back, relax and enjoy the pleasure of each other’s company. There may be no better way to do that than to soak in your very own hot tub. A home hot tub can be a great way to reconnect with your family because it provides a distraction-free environment where you can have real conversations. After even a few minutes of soothing relaxation, teens may be more willing to open up and share what’s going on in their lives — a far cry from the one-word answers you usually get.

For families looking for a way to bond and spend quality time together in the comfort of your own home, a hot tub can be just the trick.

Why Everyone Wants a Hot Spring Spa

Wednesday, September 30th, 2020

Across the globe, people are looking for a new way to have fun, de-stress, and stay active at home. As a result, demand for backyard items like pools, hot tubs, and trampolines is headed for the stratosphere. Manufacturers have quickly run out of these items and are struggling to fill new orders because of reduced factory capacity and supply chain issues. Bottom line – wait time for popular outdoor items is now being measured in months – rather than weeks.
Over the last few months, Hot Spring® Spa dealers have also been faced with unprecedented demand for new spas. We get it! We can’t think of a better way to adapt to the “new normal” than by making an invigorating dip part of your daily routine. Now, more than ever, shoppers are craving the one-of-a-kind massage, sparkling clean water, and energy saving features Hot Spring spas are known for.
Right now, production teams at our factories are working hard to make up for the period of time when our factories were closed to comply with government mandates. While our factories must continue to operate at reduced capacity to keep employees safe and comply with government regulations, we’re thankful that production has resumed, and we’re sending out multiple shipments each day.

HOW LONG IS THE WAIT?

Your Wellness Consultant is the best person to ask. The time span between placing your order and receiving your spa depends on when you purchased your spa, which spa you purchased and where it is being built.

5 REASONS YOU’LL BE GLAD YOU WAITED:

  • 1
Just about everyone in the spa industry is experiencing similar challenges due to the current situation, so if you’re going to wait for a new spa, why not make it a Hot Spring? When you take that first soak, you’ll be glad you didn’t compromise.
  • 2
Hot Spring spas are built to provide years of enjoyment. Some owners have reported that their Hot Spring spas are still going strong after 20 years or more. When you take that into account, a few months doesn’t seem like a long time to wait.

You’ll have extra time to prepare. Take advantage of the longer wait to explore our handy pre-delivery guide. It includes everything you need to pick the perfect site for your spa, make sure it meets electrical requirements, prepare for delivery, and more. Plan your new routine. Will you greet the day with a cup of coffee and a soak, take an afternoon hot-tub break with the kids, or gaze up at the stars as powerful jets wash away the stress of the day? How about all three! However you fit it into your day, a Hot Spring spa will provide a much needed get-away, right in your own backyard.

A Hot Spring spa is an investment in wellness. It doesn’t matter if your exercise routine takes place at home, in the gym, or outdoors – your hot tub will be there to help warm and loosen your muscles before exercise, and help them relax and stimulate healing post-workout. Hydrotherapy is also helpful in relieving aches and pains, and may even provide relief for arthritis symptoms.

A warm soak helps loosen muscles before exercise, and stimulates healing after your workout.

Around the world, people are reprioritizing what’s important. In this short video, our team member and avid hot-tubber Scott Iverson talks about some of the very special benefits that make a Hot Spring spa worth waiting for.
If you’re waiting for your new Hot Spring spa to arrive, we appreciate your patience. If you have questions about your specific spa order, remember that we are the best point of contact to assist you. We look forward to the day your spa is completed, and we’ll do our best to get it to you as soon as we can!
